I’m not sure.
I am going to guess at what you are asking. Is there a German Shepherd park where you can take your German Shepherd so that the German Shepherd can be off of the lead. That way she can get some exercise.
I don’t care for the German Shepherd whisperer either.
Could you please clarify as to what you are asking?
I know you are upset or whatever but if you would use paragraph breaks it would be easier to determine the best course of action.
edit:
It is very hard to read something when there are no paragraph breaks. Like when you read a story for example. In the book you are reading there are paragraph breaks, yeah? There are sentences with commas and periods.
I would recommend taking her to some obedience classes. You could check out some respected German Shepherd training books from the library.
edit:
Okay yeah, she has had a traumatic experience, I would also recommend a German Shepherd behaviorist.

Some of the most common German Shepherd obedience problems can be dealt with and controlled by proper dog training techniques.
Even if you know absolutely nothing about how to train a German Shepherd…the good news is you can learn home German Shepherd training easily.
There are dozens of high quality online German Shepherd training courses that will teach you how to deal with some common German Shepherd behavior issues every German Shepherd owner faces at some point in time.
If you have a problem with aggressive German Shepherd behavior, uncontrolled barking, digging or if your German Shepherd is using your favorite shoes as his latest chew toy…you can learn how to train your German Shepherd not to engage in destructive habits.
Now if you’re not quite ready to commit to buying a German Shepherd training course…there are several German Shepherd sites that provide free information on several different training issues. The ASPCA.org site has a lot of great information on German Shepherd behavior. Also check out the American Kennel Club site at AKC.com and Informationaboutdogs.info for training articles.
While these site provide valuable information keep in mind they typically only provide enough information to scratch the surface. Sometimes even a limited amout of information will be all you need. Other times you will either have to consider buying a German Shepherd training course or seek the services of a professional trainer in your city.
Another good reason to check out German Shepherd training sites is to learn more about your specific breed get answers to common health questions and even information on grooming are important.
Take some time to read as much information as you can. Then try out different training methods and see how well they work for you.
Once you begin training you’ll find yourself enjoying your German Shepherd even more and having hours of entertainment.

I wonder if they abused him at the grooming center it was the first time we have went to that place help!

Could be they were a bit rought with your pup, or it could be that he wasn’t use to that sort of thing.
Give him a day or two….

Just buy a good book — you can find one on the shelves at Barnes & Noble.
The “free” sites just suck and they really are just come-ons to go to another Link and buy a system of training.
