Hypothyroidism in German Shepherds – Hypothyroidism in GSD’s
By
www.total-german-shepherd.com Hypothyroidism? What is Hypothyroidism? What are the signs of Hypothyroidism in the German Shepherd? Watch this video to learn more about the health of your GSD.

It is also very common in Dachshunds..I have a 10 year old Dachshund and he has Hyperthyroidism and taking Soloxine for the rest of his life.
Help please if you are still checking your YT messages ? I rescued an off white GS mix breed dog 2 yrs ago. She is approx. 3 yrs old. She has suddenly become extremely aggressive with strange dogs….particularly small breed yappy type dogs. She attacked several small dogs recently & bitten them badly. She is getting more & more aggressive. Would this be due to hypothyroidism? Any help would be appreciated. This cant go on.
@MrDogluver Yes. I found out first hand. Sorry to say I had to put down my beloved Ridgeback.
Sudden onset of aggression is a symptom.
How does a sudden onset of aggression figure into this? My dog is 4 years old and has has recently show these sympoms.
Great info on a topic you don’t hear a lot about – especially in dogs
